Mee Rebus

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Breast
- 1 piece of Sadia One by One Chicken Breast (slice
- into serving pieces)
- 10g dried shrimp
- 60g firm tofu
- 1 packet of mee rebus paste (around 300g)
- 250ml water
- 220g hokkien noodle
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 boiled egg (halved)
- 20g green chilli padi (thinly sliced)
- 20g celery (chopped)
- 10g fried shallot
METHOD
- Pan-fry each ingredient in turn — Sadia One by One Chicken Breast, dried shrimps, and firm tofu —
- until golden. Then, dice the tofu.
- Whisk mee rebus paste with water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to thicken slightly.
- In a fresh pot, blanch hokkien noodles for 15 sec in boiling water. Add bean sprouts and blanch for another 5 sec, then drain well.
- Pour the gravy over the drained noodles and bean sprouts. Add extra gravy if desired.
- Top with boiled egg, chilli padi, celery, fried shallots, dried shrimps, and tofu. Serve immediately.
