Spiced Chicken Keema with Peas

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg
- 250g Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 white onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-inch ginger (grated)
- 2 green chilli padi(chopped)
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp paprika
- 100g green peas
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Boiled Egg
METHOD
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add minced Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg and stir-fry until it turns white and slightly golden.
- Sprinkle in turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, and paprika. Stir well to coat the chicken in spices.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend with the chicken.
- Toss in green peas and mix well. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is combined.
- Season with salt and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with fresh coriander.
