  • 400g Sadia 1 by 1 Chicken Fillet, thawed
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnishing


  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. In a large baking or casserole dish, layer chicken fillet. Poke some holes in each fillet with a fork.
  2. And this is when the little masterchefs get a chance to shine! Let them help to spoon over marinara or pizza sauce to cover the chicken. Season with some salt and pepper to your liking
  3. Sprinkle all over with mozzarella. Bake until cooked through, for about 30 minutes. 
  4. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve!
