Bife à Cavalo (Beef Steak with Egg)

INGREDIENTS
Beef- Sadia Beef Rump Cap
- Sadia Beef Rump Cap (sliced into two 1-inch thick
- steak)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil 2 large egg
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- Frozen fries
- Salad
METHOD
- Keep Sadia Beef Rump Cap sealed. Thaw in the fridge for 24 hours before use. Before cooking, let it rest at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
- Cook the rice and airfry the fries according to the package instructions.
- Sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with cooking oil. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set it on the plate to rest.
- In the same pan, cook the eggs sunny-side-up over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the rice, fries, steak, egg, and salad together on a serving plate and serve immediately.
