Bife à Cavalo (Beef Steak with Egg)

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil 2 large egg
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • Frozen fries
  • Salad

METHOD

  1. Keep Sadia Beef Rump Cap sealed. Thaw in the fridge for 24 hours before use. Before cooking, let it rest at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice and airfry the fries according to the package instructions.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with cooking oil. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set it on the plate to rest.
  5. In the same pan, cook the eggs sunny-side-up over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Arrange the rice, fries, steak, egg, and salad together on a serving plate and serve immediately.
