Oyster Sauce Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- Chicken Thigh
- 8 Sadia Chicken Thighs
- 3 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- Cooking oil
- 5 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 4 red chili padi
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
METHOD
- In a small bowl, combine all "For the Chicken" ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook Sadia Chicken Thighs in air fryer at 180-200°C for 20 minutes.
- Pound the garlic and chili padi until fine using a mortar and pestle or blender.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, combine the blended paste with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and lime juice. Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
- Serve chicken with rice, if desired.
