Oyster Sauce Chicken

INGREDIENTS


Chicken
  • Chicken Thigh
For the Chicken
  • 8 Sadia Chicken Thighs
  • 3 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • Cooking oil
For the Sauce
  • 5 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 4 red chili padi
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl, combine all "For the Chicken" ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook Sadia Chicken Thighs in air fryer at 180-200°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Pound the garlic and chili padi until fine using a mortar and pestle or blender.
  4. In a pan over medium-high heat, combine the blended paste with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and lime juice. Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
  5. Serve chicken with rice, if desired.
