  • 1kg Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Mid Joint Wing
  • 150g Chicken rice paste
  • 100g water
  • 30g kicap manis (dark caramel sauce)
  • 15g fried shallots


  1. Mix wings with chicken rice paste, water and kicap manis
  2. Place marinated wings in a slow cooker and cook on high heat for 2 hours, or low heat for 6 hours
  3. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
