  • 1 pack Sadia Primo Beef Burger with Cheddar Cheese
  • 60g ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 4 slices thick-cut turkey bacon, halved crosswise
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted, for brushing
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese butter

  1. Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder and hot sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside bacon.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add Sadia Primo Beef patties to the skillet and cook until nicely browned. Set aside.
  4. Using same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and break eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set, sunny side up style. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Meanwhile, brush the buns with melted butter. Place them on a pan to toast, slightly browned.
  6. Finally, build your burger by placing the burger patty on the bottom bun. Add a slice of cheese, 2 pieces of turkey bacon and top with a fried egg. Spread the top bun with some of the spiced ketchup and place on top. Time to tuck in!
