Beef Rendang Wraps

  • 400g (1 packet) of Sadia Beef Rendang
  • 1/4 red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small tortillas 
Garnish (optional):
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Red chilli, sliced
  • A slice of lime (for squeezing)


  1. Add finely sliced cabbage to a large bowl and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Massage the cabbage until it has softened slightly and set aside.
  2. Place the inner pack of Sadia Beef Rendang in a pot of boiling water and heat up for 8 to 10 minutes and heat according to instructions. Once ready, remove from packet and set aside.
  3. Heat the wraps on either side on a skillet or microwave for 3 seconds.
  4. Shred the beef chunks in the rendang into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Assemble the wraps taco-style, starting with the tortilla, and then pickled cabbage and sprouts, then the beef rendang, and finish with chopped peanuts on top.
  6. Garnish with mint, coriander, sliced chilli, and a squeeze of lime.
  7. Plate and serve.
