Salted Egg Yolk Pasta

  • 1 pack Sadia Helper Cuts Chicken Breast Strips 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1g curry leaves
  • 2 salted egg yolks
  • 50g milk
  • 250g pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Add Sadia Chicken Breast Strips into a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for about 20min 
  2. Boil pasta with some olive oil (or butter) and a dash of salt
  3. Pan-fry chicken breast strips in a skillet with some oil over medium heat until cooked through, and set aside
  4. Melt butter with curry leaves over medium heat
  5. Mash salted egg yolks into the butter, and stir in milk to cook to a creamy consistency
  6. Toss pasta and chicken in pan until sauce is well incorporated
  7. Serve hot!
