Mala Olio Spaghetti

Sichuan Mala Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 pack spaghetti (for 2 pax)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1.5L water
  • 30g fresh shimeiji mushrooms
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp mala paste


  1. Add water, salt and olive oil to a pot. Add spaghetti when water boils and cook for 8 minutes.
  2. Prepare Sadia Mala Wings according to instructions on packaging.
  3. Add olive oil, onions and garlic to pan. Add mushrooms when onions soften.
  4. Add 2 tbsp spaghetti water, spaghetti, and mala paste.
  5. Stir gently to mix everything well.
  6. Carefully plate spaghetti and top it with the wings. Garnish with parsley and serve.
