Japanese Tofu and Chicken Fillet Stir-fry

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- 1 pack of Sadia 1 by 1 Chicken Fillet (5-6 pieces)
- 1 pack Japanese silken tofu (cubed)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, snap peas, bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Spring onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
METHOD
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Stir-fry the chicken fillet cubes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tofu gently, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir carefully to avoid breaking the tofu
- Return the chicken to the skillet, mix, and let everything simmer for 2 minutes. (Optional: Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.)
- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with steamed rice.
