Chicken with Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Mid Joint Wing
- 750g Sadia One by One Chicken Mid Joint Wing
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp oil from sun dried tomatoes jar
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 300ml chicken broth
- 185ml heavy cream
- 30g parmesan (shredded)
- 50g sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 25g basil leaves
METHOD
- Season Sadia One by One Chicken Mid Joint Wing with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil from the sun-dried tomato jar in a large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
- Add the remaining oil to the same skillet. Sauté the garlic for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and softened.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to medium and stir regularly until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts. Adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
- Stir in basil leaves, then return the chicken to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 1 minute to warm through.
