Beef Gulai

INGREDIENTS
Beef- Ribeye Aged
- 500g Sadia Beef Ribeye Aged
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 sachet gulai instant seasoning mix
- 750ml water
- 3 Tbsp fried shallots
- Chilli padi, to garnish (sliced)
METHOD
- Keep the Sadia Ribeye Aged sealed and thaw it in the chiller for 24 hours before use. Portion out 500g and slice into 1-inch steak, then cut into chunky cubes.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat with cooking oil. Add one sachet of gulai instant seasoning mix and sauté until fragrant.
- Add water and the beef, then simmer for 60 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Serve it warm with sprinkles of fried shallots and sliced chilli padi.
