Beef Gulai

INGREDIENTS

  • Ribeye Aged
Ingredients
  • 500g Sadia Beef Ribeye Aged 
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 sachet gulai instant seasoning mix
  • 750ml water
  • 3 Tbsp fried shallots
  • Chilli padi, to garnish (sliced)

METHOD

  1. Keep the Sadia Ribeye Aged sealed and thaw it in the chiller for 24 hours before use. Portion out 500g and slice into 1-inch steak, then cut into chunky cubes.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat with cooking oil. Add one sachet of gulai instant seasoning mix and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add water and the beef, then simmer for 60 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  4. Serve it warm with sprinkles of fried shallots and sliced chilli padi.
