- 80 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml pineapple juice (no sugar added)
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 60g coriander (chopped)
- 700g Sadia Beef Rump Cap
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 medium onions (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (seeds removed, then sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (seeds removed, then sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A packet of flour tortillas
