For the Marinade
  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml pineapple juice (no sugar added)
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 60g coriander (chopped)
Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 medium onions (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (seeds removed, then sliced)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (seeds removed, then sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A packet of flour tortillas
