Air-Fried Garlic Butter Ribeye Steak with Corn

INGREDIENTS

Beef
  • Sadia Beef Ribeye
Ingredients
  • Sadia Beef Ribeye (sliced into two 1-inch thick steaks)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3 garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
For the Sides
  • 1 Corn (husk is peeled and cut into 2.5-inch long pieces)

METHOD

  1. Keep Sadia Beef Striploin sealed. Thaw in the fridge for 24 hours before use. Before cooking, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the softened butter, chopped garlic and parsley together. Set it aside for later.
  3. Slice the beef into two 1-inch thick steak against the grain line. Pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the steaks in the preheated air fryer at 200°C and cook according to your preferred doneness (10 mins for medium-rare, 12 mins for medium).
  5. Flip the steaks halfway through to ensure even cooking on both sides. Add garlic butter mixture on top of the steaks and continue to let it cook.
  6. Once the beef is done, remove from the airfryer and let it rest for 5-10 mins to retain juices.
  7. Brush some garlic butter mixture on the corn and air fry it in the same basket for 10 mins, flipping every 5 mins.
  8. Serve the steak with garlic butter corn and garnish with some fresh parsley.
