Oriental Marinated Baked Chicken

  • Sadia Boneless Chicken Leg 2kg
  • Ginger Juice 10gm
  • Salt 5gm
  • Oyster Sauce 5gm
  • Soya Sauce 3gm
  • Black Soya Sauce 3gm
  • Ground Pepper 2gm
  • Chicken Powder 2gm
  • Five Spice Powder 2gm
  • Sesame Oil 1tbsp
  • Hua Tiao Jiu 1tbsp
  • 2 Garlic Cloves


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken for 4 hrs
  2. Place the chicken on a rack (skin side up), pre heat oven to 100°C
  3. Place the chicken in the oven for 15 mins
  4. Take out the chicken, set oven to 250°C and bake till colour is nice & brown
  5. When chicken is cooked, cut into desired slice and thickness
