Coffee Rubbed Chicken Fillet

  • 1 pack Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet
  • 2 tsp canola oil, divided
Coffee-spice Rub:
  • 1 tbsp coffee beans, finely ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Side salad (optional)


  1. Combine the ingredients of the coffee-spice rub and mix well
  2. Marinate One by One Chicken Fillet with the coffee-spice rub, making sure to season all sides
  3. Set aside at room temperature for at least 15 mins or refrigerate overnight, uncovered
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot and almost smoking, or for 4-5 mins
  5. Place chicken fillet in pan and cook until cooked through and browned on each side
  6. Slice chicken diagonally into 1/4-inch thick slides.
  7. Pair it with a side salad, if desired, and the dish is ready to be served!
