Baked Honey-Sriracha Drumettes

  • 1 pack Sadia One by One Chicken Drumette
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp ground thyme
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. 
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 packet of Sadia Chicken Drumette with the olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure chicken is thoroughy coated. Then place the drumettes on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 74°C.
  4. While the chicken drumettes are baking, make the sauce. In a saucepan over low heat, combine honey, butter, sriracha, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the butter melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Pour sauce into a large bowl and toss the baked chicken in it until coated. Serve and enjoy!
