Chicken breast with dark caramel soy, peanuts and ikan billis (Stove-top)

  • 1kg Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Breast, cut into thick strips
  • 30g fish sauce
  • 10g corn starch
  • 10g sesame oil
  • 10g sugar
  • Place (A) into the resealable bag and chill in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • 60g peanuts
  • 15g Ikan billis
  • 15g oil
  • 30g dark caramel sauce (or kicap manis)


  1. Heat pan with oil over medium heat.
  2. Pan fry (A) for 10 minutes until fully cooked
  3. Add dark caramel sauce to deglaze pan
  4. Garnish with peanuts and ikan billis.
