  • Sadia Chicken Drumstick 500gm
  • Lotus Roots – sliced 200gm
  • Honey Dates 20gm
  • Red Dates 10gm
  • Peanut – soaked 50gm
  • Salt 8gm
  • Water 800gm


  1. Blanch the chicken drumsticks in hot water to remove impurities.
  2. Place all ingredients in a soup bowl together with chicken drumsticks
  3. Place soup bowl in a pre-heated double decker steamer for 2 hrs
