- Sadia Chicken Drumstick 500gm
- Lotus Roots – sliced 200gm
- Honey Dates 20gm
- Red Dates 10gm
- Peanut – soaked 50gm
- Salt 8gm
- Water 800gm
METHOD
- Blanch the chicken drumsticks in hot water to remove impurities.
- Place all ingredients in a soup bowl together with chicken drumsticks
- Place soup bowl in a pre-heated double decker steamer for 2 hrs
