Korean Ground Beef Rice Bowl

INGREDIENTS
Beef- 1 pack of Sadia Beef Minced
- 2 servings of cooked rice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- In a large skillet, cook the Sadia Beef Minced and minced garlic over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles, until no longer pink. Drain the grease, then turn off the heat and let it sit while you prepare the sauce.
- To prepare the sauce, use a small bowl. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Turn the heat back on to medium, then pour the sauce mixture over the cooked ground beef and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Once done, serve the beef mixture over hot cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
