Hot Sauce Drumsticks

  • 1 pack Sadia Chicken Drumstick
  • Oil or butter
  • 1-2 green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1-2 onion, sliced
  • 400g stewed tomatoes
  • 170g tomato paste
  • Garlic, mashed
  • 1 tsp tabasco or any hot sauce
  • 1 chicken stock cube


  1. Put some oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add Sadia Chicken Drumsticks to the pan and brown all sides
  3. Add bell peppers, onion and garlic
  4. Cut stewed tomatoes into smaller pieces and add to the pan together with tomato paste
  5. Add chicken stock cube and hot sauce
  6. Simmer for about 15 mins, or until chicken is fully cooked
  7. Taste and add salt or hot sauce if needed. If the tomatoes taste a bit too tangy, try adding some sugar
  8. Enjoy with hot, steamed rice.
