Thai-Inspired Mango Chicken

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • One by One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
Ingredients
  • 300g Sadia Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
  • 4 Tbsp plum sauce
  • 6 Tbsp Thai chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 bird's eye chilies (sliced)
  • ½ red onion (sliced)
  • Coriander
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 unripe mango (julienned)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Rice flour/cornstarch

METHOD

  1. Mix plum sauce, Thai chili sauce, honey, water, a pinch of salt, chilies, red onion, coriander, lime juice, and mango in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix the cubed Sadia Chicken Breast with salt, black pepper and rice flour/cornstarch.
  3. Air fry the coated chicken until golden.
  4. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce just before serving to keep it crispy.
