Thai-Inspired Mango Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
- 300g Sadia Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
- 4 Tbsp plum sauce
- 6 Tbsp Thai chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 bird's eye chilies (sliced)
- ½ red onion (sliced)
- Coriander
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 unripe mango (julienned)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Rice flour/cornstarch
METHOD
- Mix plum sauce, Thai chili sauce, honey, water, a pinch of salt, chilies, red onion, coriander, lime juice, and mango in a bowl. Set aside.
- Mix the cubed Sadia Chicken Breast with salt, black pepper and rice flour/cornstarch.
- Air fry the coated chicken until golden.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce just before serving to keep it crispy.
