INGREDIENTS
Marinade:
- Plain Yogurt 100gm
- Garlic Paste 30gm
- Ginger Paste 30gm
- Garam Masala 15gm
- Turmeric Powder 15gm
- Coriander Powder 5gm
- Red Colouring 1tbsp
- Lemon Juice 30gm
- Salt 25gm
- Corn Oil 30gm
- Sugar 10gm
METHOD
- Add all marinades and chicken into a large mixing bowl and combine
- Let sit in the fridge for 2 hrs
- Bake chicken at 180°C for 20 mins in oven
- Serve with plain yogurt and sliced lemon as garnish
