  • Plain Yogurt 100gm
  • Garlic Paste 30gm
  • Ginger Paste 30gm
  • Garam Masala 15gm
  • Turmeric Powder 15gm
  • Coriander Powder 5gm
  • Red Colouring 1tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 30gm
  • Salt 25gm
  • Corn Oil 30gm
  • Sugar 10gm


  1. Add all marinades and chicken into a large mixing bowl and combine
  2. Let sit in the fridge for 2 hrs
  3. Bake chicken at 180°C for 20 mins in oven
  4. Serve with plain yogurt and sliced lemon as garnish
