Buffalo Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • One by One Chicken Fillet
Ingredients
  • 220g Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet
  • 120ml hot sauce
  • 115g cream cheese (softened)
  • 115g cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 scallion (thinly sliced)
  • 50g celery (chopped)
  • 4 slices loaf bread
  • Butter lettuce (washed and dried)
  • Green onions (sliced; to garnish)

METHOD

  1. Boil Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet until cooked, then shred them.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the hot sauce and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cheddar cheese, scallions, celery, and shredded chicken until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Place 1-2 lettuce leaves on each slice of bread. Spoon the chicken mixture on top, spread evenly, and serve immediately.
  5. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
