Buffalo Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Fillet
- 220g Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet
- 120ml hot sauce
- 115g cream cheese (softened)
- 115g cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 scallion (thinly sliced)
- 50g celery (chopped)
- 4 slices loaf bread
- Butter lettuce (washed and dried)
- Green onions (sliced; to garnish)
METHOD
- Boil Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet until cooked, then shred them.
- In a large bowl, beat together the hot sauce and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese, scallions, celery, and shredded chicken until everything is evenly combined.
- Place 1-2 lettuce leaves on each slice of bread. Spoon the chicken mixture on top, spread evenly, and serve immediately.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
