Creamy Italian Chicken Baked Rice

  • 1 piece of Sadia Creamy Italian Chicken
Baked Rice
  • 1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup chicken broth (adjust depending on how moist you prefer your rice)
  • 1/4 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 handful parsley or basil 


  • Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  • In a small oven-safe dish, combine the uncooked rice, diced onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the chicken broth over the rice mixture, ensuring the rice is well-covered. 
  • Slice the Sadia Creamy Italian chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the rice. Do not forget to pour the creamy sauce as well. Next, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
  • Cover the dish over with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. 
  • After the rice is cooked, remove the foil, add the remaining Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for a few more minutes to brown the top slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving. Enjoy!
