Mutton Curry

1 packet Sadia Mutton Cubes
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 ginger
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cilantro

2 tbsp yoghurt
2-4 chopped potatoes
water (optional if using pressure cooker)


  1. In a mixing bowl or ziplock bag, mix ingredients for marinade and marinate mutton cubes in the frige for 30 min - 1h. 
  2. Heat a pan, add marinated meat and saute for a few minutes. Add yoghurt and potatoes and stir well. Add water if gravy is too thick. 
  3. Cook in pressure cooker for 30min at medium heat. 
  4. Garnish with coriander and red chilli before serving.
