Bang Bang Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Skinless Breast
- 450 g Sadia One by One Chicken Skinless Breast (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 60g potato starch
- 60ml milk
- 1 large egg
- 30g all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- 500ml cooking oil
- 60g mayonnaise
- 30ml sweet chilli sauce
- 30ml honey
- 5g gochujang
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
METHOD
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and egg. Add potato starch, flour, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Mix until smooth.
- Add the Sadia One by One Chicken Skinless Breast into the batter and ensure each piece is well coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, honey, gochujang and chilli flakes. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the fried chicken into the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
