Ayam Pandan

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
- 2 Sadia Chicken Breast (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 thumb-sized ginger
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 1-inch lemongrass
- ½ piece palm sugar
- 2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt
- Pandan leaves
- Toothpicks
METHOD
- Briefly blend ginger, garlic, lemongrass and palm sugar with a blender.
- In a small bowl, add in Sadia Chicken Breast, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and the blended paste. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
- Roll the chicken with pandan leaves and secure it with a toothpick.
- Air fry the rolls at 180°C for 15-18 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
