Ayam Pandan

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • One by One Chicken Breast (Skinless)
Ingredients
  • 2 Sadia Chicken Breast (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 1-inch lemongrass
  • ½ piece palm sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt
  • Pandan leaves
  • Toothpicks

METHOD

  1. Briefly blend ginger, garlic, lemongrass and palm sugar with a blender.
  2. In a small bowl, add in Sadia Chicken Breast, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and the blended paste. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Roll the chicken with pandan leaves and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. Air fry the rolls at 180°C for 15-18 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
