Cheesy Korean Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- One by One Chicken Drumette
- 12 Sadia One by One Chicken Drumette
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- Cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Water
- Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix Sadia One by One Chicken Drumette with salt, black pepper and rice flour.
- Lightly spray or brush the chicken with cooking oil. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 180°C for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a clean pan over medium-high heat, mix gochujang, honey, and water to desired consistency. Add the cooked chicken and stir until evenly coated in the sauce.
- In a separate pan, melt desired amount of mozzarella cheese over medium-high heat.
- Pour the mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Serve immediately with the chicken while it's still warm.
