Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Rice Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- Chicken Breast
- 300 g Sadia Chicken Breast
- 100 g baby leaf spinach (washed and dried)
- 5g spring onions (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 rice paper sheets
- toasted black sesame seeds
- toasted white sesame seeds
METHOD
- Boil Sadia Chicken Breast until cooked, then shred them.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, chicken, spring onions, parsley, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for 5-10 seconds until pliable, then lay flat on a clean surface.
- Place the filling along one edge of the softened rice paper and roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Dip each roll into the black and white sesame seed mixture.
- Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air-fry at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
