Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Rice Rolls

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
  • 300 g Sadia Chicken Breast
  • 100 g baby leaf spinach (washed and dried)
  • 5g spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 rice paper sheets
  • toasted black sesame seeds
  • toasted white sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Boil Sadia Chicken Breast until cooked, then shred them.
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, chicken, spring onions, parsley, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and salt to taste.
  3. Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for 5-10 seconds until pliable, then lay flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place the filling along one edge of the softened rice paper and roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. Dip each roll into the black and white sesame seed mixture.
  6. Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air-fry at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
