Honey roasted chicken noodle

  • 1 packet of Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg
  • 2 servings of egg noodles
  • 2 servings of bok choy
  • Chilli padi, cut
  • Spring onions, chopped

Sauce for noodles (per bowl):
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp shallot oil


  1. Prepare chicken per packaging.
  2. Blanch bok choy and set aside. 
  3. Prepare sauce for egg noodles (per bowl) and set aside.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add egg noodles in. Stir and swirl it constantly for 30 seconds. Then, remove and run the noodles under cold running water for 10 seconds.
  5. Return the noodles to the boiling water for another 20 seconds.
  6. Transfer noodles into the bowls of sauce and toss the noodles thoroughly.
  7. Place chicken leg and bok choy on the tossed noodles.
  8. Sprinkle chopped spring onions.
  9. Add cut chilli padi to 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a small dish as condiment. The dish is ready to be served.
