Chicken fillet in sesame oil and soy sauce (Steamer)

  • 1kg Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Fillet, cut to bite-sized pieces
  • 30g fish sauce
  • 10g corn starch
  • 10g sesame oil
  • 10g sugar

Mix (A) in a resealable bag, and chill for 24 hours.

  • 100g light soy sauce
  • 25g sesame oil
  • 50g oyster sauce
  • 150g sugar
  • 300g water


  1. Steam (A) for 10 minutes
  2. Bring (B) to a boil, stirring to a thick consistency
  3. Pour sauce over the steamed chicken and garnish with spring onions
  4. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
