Super Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Fillet

  • 12 pcs Sadia 1-by-1 Chicken Fillet
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 150g Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Matinara Sauce, to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC
  2. Place chicken fillets on a flat surface, season with salt and pepper, and brush with mayo
  3. In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  4. Evenly coat each fillet with egg wash and panko mix and place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on how thick they are), flipping them halfway through the cooking process
  6. Remove from the oven when they turn golden brown and are cooked through
  7. Serve with marinara sauce or any of your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
