Pepper Grilled Chicken Salad with Miso Mustard Dressing

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
  • 1 pack of Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast
Miso Dressing
  • 3 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 2 ½ tbsp of miso paste
  • 2 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of dijon mustard
Salad
  • 1 handful of romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 handful of cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
Toppings
  • Sesame seeds (to taste)
  • Chili crisp oil (to taste)

METHOD

  1. Air fry Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast per packaging instructions. 
  2. To make the dressing, add all the miso dressing ingredients into a container or squirt bottle and shake until emulsified. Taste and adjust as needed.
  3. Once the Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast is ready, chop them into bite size pieces. 
  4. Assemble the dish. Add all remaining salad components to a bowl including the Sadia Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast.  
  5. Toss or drizzle with the miso dressing and garnish as desired. Serve and enjoy!
