Beef Shabu Shabu with Spinach

  • 1 pack Sadia Beef Shabu Shabu (400g)
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) field peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pack (5-6 oz.) baby spinach
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Thaw beef shabu shabu fully before preparing.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add beef shabu shabu, spinach and field peas and stir until heated and cooked through.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir to mix well for another 30 seconds.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
