Pineapple Fried Rice with Honey Roasted Chicken Leg

Honey chicken
  • 1 piece of Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg
Pineapple Fried Rice
  • 1 servings of cooked rice (you may use leftover rice)
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • 1 scallions, white parts and green parts thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 small red or green chili
  • 1 cup diced pineapple, preferably fresh
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (or oyster sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil


  1. Air fry Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken as per packaging instructions.
  2. While chicken is cooking, in a wok or a large skillet over high heat, warm 1½ tbsp oil. Add the scallions (the white parts), red bell pepper, ginger, and chili. Saute for 1-2 minutes or until it lightly sizzles and is fragrant. 
  3. Next, add the cooked rice and stir frequently for about 3-5 minutes. Then, add pineapple, soy sauce and fish sauce (or oyster sauce) and stir for 2-3 minutes until the rice is well coated and heated through. Once done, turn off the heat.
  4. On the pan, sprinkle the green scallion and drizzle the rice with sesame oil. Plate the rice. Add the Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg on the rice once its cooked! Enjoy!
