Honey Chicken Bagel Sandwich

  • 1 Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg (1 serving)
Scrambled Eggs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 bagel, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves, chopped
  • Mayonnaise and Sriracha (or your preferred sauce)


  1. Thaw the Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg according to package instructions. Once thawed, pan fry for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat until heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Melt 1/2 tbsp of butter in the pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, place the sliced bagels, cut side down, in the pan. Heat for 1-2 minutes or until the bagels are lightly toasted. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Prepare the scrambled eggs. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat the other 1/2 tbsp of butter in the over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency. Remove from heat and set aside. 
  4. Assemble the bagel sandwich. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bagel. 
  5. Then, top with lettuce leaves, Sadia Honey Roasted Chicken Leg and the scrambled eggs. Drizzle with sriracha. Place the top half of the bagel on top to close the sandwich. You may modify step 4 and 5 according to any other preferred sauces that you are using. 
  6. Enjoy!
