Honey Garlic Chicken

  • 1/2 pack (or 700g) Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Cut chicken piece into small cubes
  3. Lightly season cubed chicken with salt and pepper
  4. Brown seasoned chicken on the skillet, about 1-2 mins on each side, and remove from heat
  5. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until well combined to form a glaze
  6. Heat glaze in the skillet on low heat, and add the chicken cubes after a slight reduction. Coat chicken and cook till well done
  7. Top the dish with green onions, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired. Serve with some warm rice if preferred.
