
Rosemary Garlic Roast Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Chicken- Sadia Chicken Drumsticks
- 4 Sadia Chicken Drumsticks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried) 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1⁄2 tsp paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon (sliced)
- 1 cup baby potatoes (halved)
- 1 cup carrots (chopped)
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the Sadia Chicken Drumsticks and let marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
- Place chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add baby potatoes and carrots around the chicken.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Serve with roasted vegetables and lemon wedges on the side.
