Dry Fried Beef Hor Fun

1 packet Sadia Beef Stir Fry
400g hor fun
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
2-4 stalks spring onion sliced
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp oil 
100g bean sprouts
Red chilli (optional)

1 ginger
1/4 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 dashes of white pepper
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil 


  1. In a mixing bowl or ziplock bag, mix ingredients for marinade and marinate beef for at least 15 min. 
  2. Heat the pan to high heat, add 4 tbsp of oil and stir fry beef for 1-2min until 70% cooked. Transfer beef to a plate.
  3. Using the oil from the same pan, fry the hor fun with light soy sauce, black vinegar and dary soy sauce until evenly mixed. Transfer to another plate. 
  4. Using the same pan, add chopped garlic and onion and stir fry for 1 min. Add beef, hor fun, beansprout, spring onions, salt, sugar, and 1 tsp of dark soy sauce. Mix well until beef is cooked. 
  5. Add chopped red chilli and serve.
