Steamed Chicken with Black Bean & Yam

  • Sadia Chicken Boneless Leg 2000gm
  • Yam – cut into large cubes 400gm
  • Fermented Black Bean 50gm
  • Garlic 10gm
  • Ginger 5gm
  • Salt 8gm
  • Black Soya Sauce 5gm
  • Light Soya Sauce 10gm
  • Sesame Oil 5gm
  • Oyster Sauce 10gm
  • Pepper  5gm
  • 3 Chili – sliced


  1. Marinate all ingredients and chicken leg cube in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 2 hrs.
  2. Place chicken on a plate and steam for 30 mins.
  3. Ready to serve.
