INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet Sadia beef striploin
  • 80 g garlic sliced
  • 150 g yellow manioc flour (tapioca flour)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g spring onion
  • 50 g onions, diced
  • 150 g white rice, cooked
  • 250 g potatoes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of black pepper
Vegetable Oil (fry)
 

METHOD

  1. In a tall pan, preheat oil to 140˚C. Fry garlic slices til light golden.
  2. Cut potatoes into slices (0.4cm thick) and fry in same pan until golden. Alternatively, skip this step and use your favourite potato chips for plating at the end. 
  3. In a frying pan, add butter and onions. Stir fry till golden. Add eggs in same pan and mix till creamy.
  4. Add yellow manioc flour or tapioca flour and spring onions. Turn off the heat and mix. 
  5. Season meat with salt and black pepper and in a high heat frying pan, sear both sides of meat till crusty and golden. 
  6. Plate meat garnished with garlic, rice, potato chips, and eggs mixture.
