INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Sadia beef striploin
- 80 g garlic sliced
- 150 g yellow manioc flour (tapioca flour)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 30 g spring onion
- 50 g onions, diced
- 150 g white rice, cooked
- 250 g potatoes
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of black pepper
METHOD
- In a tall pan, preheat oil to 140˚C. Fry garlic slices til light golden.
- Cut potatoes into slices (0.4cm thick) and fry in same pan until golden. Alternatively, skip this step and use your favourite potato chips for plating at the end.
- In a frying pan, add butter and onions. Stir fry till golden. Add eggs in same pan and mix till creamy.
- Add yellow manioc flour or tapioca flour and spring onions. Turn off the heat and mix.
- Season meat with salt and black pepper and in a high heat frying pan, sear both sides of meat till crusty and golden.
- Plate meat garnished with garlic, rice, potato chips, and eggs mixture.
