Dry Laksa with Chicken

  • Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet
  • Laksa rempah 
  • 400g thick vermicelli  
  • 400g medium prawns 
  • 4 pieces taupok (dried beancurd) 
  • Laksa leaves (optional) 


  1. Boil Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet until fully cooked and shred
  2. Boil noodles for about 4 mins. Drain and set aside
  3. Prepare the laksa sauce according to instructions on the packet
  4. Add prawns and taupok to laksa sauce, and add shredded chicken when prawns turn pink
  5. Mix noodles with sauce and cook until desired texture
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and arrange prawns and chicken on top. Garnish with laksa leaves and the dish is ready to be served!
