Dry Laksa with Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet
- Laksa rempah
- 400g thick vermicelli
- 400g medium prawns
- 4 pieces taupok (dried beancurd)
- Laksa leaves (optional)
METHOD
- Boil Sadia One by One Chicken Fillet until fully cooked and shred
- Boil noodles for about 4 mins. Drain and set aside
- Prepare the laksa sauce according to instructions on the packet
- Add prawns and taupok to laksa sauce, and add shredded chicken when prawns turn pink
- Mix noodles with sauce and cook until desired texture
- Transfer to a serving plate and arrange prawns and chicken on top. Garnish with laksa leaves and the dish is ready to be served!
